FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (5-7 business days) on all orders over $75 in the Continental US.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1 business day to be processed and shipped.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING on orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day.
Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental U.S.
All Expedited orders confirmed before 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Expedited orders confirmed after 12:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Expedited orders placed on Friday after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Cost for expedited shipping depends on your location and your total order and will be displayed during the checkout process. Expedited shipping is only available within the continental U.S.
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.
However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
When is order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.

We have so much confidence in the quality of our product, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order and as long as the product has not been worn, or tampered with, and the tags are still attached, we’ll work with you to make you satisfied.
Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to our Customer Service department at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving merchandise so that they can help you with a return label for exchange.
Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
How should I send my return back?
First, please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s).
Refunds & Processing time
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return's arrival to our warehouse. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18.00 return cost.
3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $7.00 return cost.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after making your purchase.
Returns for exchange
When returning any items for exchange in a different size or style, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice for your return and will be responsible for paying postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please email our team at email@example.com for an authorization before returning your package.
We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 pm EST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
